So now that some of the basic demo has been done and much of the work has been planned, we have nailed down our anticipated schedule of work with Tara and the team at B&G Management. B&G Management is a local general contractor with whom Lodestone Real Estate works on many of its renovation and home repair projects. They do great work and they do it on time and on budget – what more can you ask for?
We thought you all may want to follow along at home, so below is the schedule of work as we see it playing out. We’ll do our best to take pictures and update you on any DIY projects along the way. We managed to spend 8 hours the other day tearing out tile with no real strategy in mind, so we’ll hit you with that update soon too as soon as my hands heal enough to type more.
